1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the mccasino platform and all its services. By registering with mccasino or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit limit varies depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 to 72 business hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until account verification is complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is ৳1,000.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, mccasino may delay payment pending additional verification.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Mccasino offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which apply alongside mccasino's general Terms and Conditions.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you will generally need to meet the wagering requirements (x30 to x45).
• Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Not all games may be available for play with bonus funds. Some games do not contribute to bonus wagering requirements, or contribute at a reduced rate.
• Mccasino reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time, particularly where misuse is suspected.
• Having multiple bonuses active at the same time is generally not permitted.

5. Game & Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on mccasino are governed by specific rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before you start playing.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and are entirely unbiased and cannot be predetermined.
• Payouts in Sports Betting are calculated based on the odds at the time the bet is placed. If odds change after a match has started, the odds applicable at the time of the bet will apply.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, mccasino reserves the right to resume play from the last saved state or refund the bet amount.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final unless a technical error can be proven.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the fairness and integrity of the mccasino platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse: using deliberate betting strategies designed to exploit or circumvent the bonus system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Hacking, cheating, or any other form of manipulation of the platform's software.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fabricated information.
• Harassing, offensive, or threatening behaviour toward other players or mccasino staff.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Mccasino may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A breach of the Terms and Conditions has occurred.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the specified timeframe when requested.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) remaining at the time of closure will be refunded, provided no investigation is ongoing.
